All of these issues, Whittaker said, "cluster all around the questions of 'How good am I as an employer?'" A major shift occurred with the launch of the International Integrated Reporting Council in 2010, and the framework it rolled out in 2013. An integrated report brings with it a higher threshold of measurement and accountability than a standalone sustainability report.
